Munjal Yagnik is an award-winning director and cinematographer best known for his debut feature, Scarlet Winter. This visually striking crime thriller has earned multiple accolades, including Best Picture at the North Hollywood CineFest, Best Community Spotlight Feature at the Phoenix Film Festival, and was featured at the prestigious San Diego International Film Festival alongside Oscar-winning films. Munjal has also been recognized with Best Director awards at the Snowdance Independent Film Festival and North Hollywood CineFest.

Munjal Yagnik is also an Associate Professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology, committed to innovative education in cinematography. He focuses on pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling while promoting inclusivity in the filmmaking process. His research explores cutting-edge cinematography techniques and workflows, with a particular emphasis on the challenges and possibilities of virtual production. Munjal’s work is shaping the future of filmmaking, both in the classroom and on set.
