Sam (Megan Suri) is an American high school student of Indian origin who rejects her Indian heritage to be like everyone else. When a demonic spirit known as a Pishach latches onto her former best friend, she has to come to terms with her heritage to defeat it.
DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHY
Bishal Dutta, an award-winning director best known for LIFE IN COLOR, an official selection at Cannes in 2018. He has directed nineteen short films, earning recognition at international film festivals. With six Best Director awards, including one from the Silicon Beach Film Festival, Bishal has also taught directing courses at the University of California, Berkeley.
